FRIENDS.



friends we treasured like they were everything in our lives,
friends we dreamt of the tons of beautiful and promising possibilities ahead,
friends we naively thought would be BFF, or so as called,
only to realise, it is just a circle with a broken end.
it never existed, because a circle has no end.

friends we never started out close,
friends we used to dislike,
friends we thought we would never be able to stand them,
friends we saw so many flaws in them,
friends we never thought would stand by us when we needed them to,
friends who never once crossed our minds that they could be our true friends for life,
friends who are so irritating we got pissed off with them,
friends we naively thought would never be BFF, or so as called,
only to realise, they have touched our hearts in one way or another.
and they are the ones who complete the circle in our lives.
